Brief:

We worked closely with Staddon Heights Golf Club to produce stunning content which showcases the course to their stakeholders. The brief was to produce 18 separate flyover videos for the golf course and produce a separate marketing video around 60 seconds in length to showcase the stunning facilities, location and features of the golf club.

Showcasing a facility as stunning as Staddon Heights Golf Club can be done in many different ways. our aim for the flyover videos was to identify the best method to effectively showcase each holes key features such as yardages, hazards, greens and tee boxes to viewers. We identified that the most effective and attention grabbing method to do this was through utilisation of FPV (First Person View) Drones rather than traditional drones. Utilising FPV Drones allowed us to show the course from different altitudes and angles which can vary depending on the area that we want the viewer to focus on. FPV Drones enabled us to provide a particularly unique perspectives on the greens by circling them at different altitudes.

When creating the marketing video for Staddon Heights Golf Club, we continued to focus on the use of FPV drones that provide the “golf ball-like” flight characteristics. Having acrobatic capabilities, FPV drones allowed us to capture Ultra-HD footage by following golf balls, circling greens and changing altitudes at extreme speed.
